I’m not sure what else I could ask for. Four introductory chapters provide a strong theoretical base for quality teaching and learning, reflective teaching, lesson planning and outcomes-based education. There are also helpful “at a glance” tables that condense the information. The text examines a number of different teaching strategies including direct instruction, discussion, small-group work, cooperative learning, problemsolving, student research, role play and student writing.
