Did they miss a few bills???? I watched this entire thing and there were a few that didn't come up from the, "Agenda".. I saw the BS Bill from "Hines"...

In which he his little professor lied her butt off about how Tennessee's Child Support worksheet and Louisiana's were the same...

LADAD... you yourself saw TN's... I believe you can see the BIG!!! difference after looking at both....

It's one thing I would have loved to bring up.....

Yeah....important stuff, like HB 771 for SHARED custody, were deferred again. At least I hear Rep Harrison is communicating with folks for ammunition to back him up.

As usual....they BS about how to squeeze MORE money from destroyed parents, and luch trumps the important child/parenting issues.

Also...I'm not going to hold my breath for the other rep in my area by the name of Rosalind D. Jones out of District 17

I believe she was the same that is trying to get her own bill to pass that would make a non-payer a "Felony" charge and no more than 2 years in prison etc.

I really don't see her supporting Harrison's bill.... But I called her office anyway and left a long message for her help and support... We'll see...

I'll have my kids send them postcards (with daddy) from the beach, if they help support this!

Kids NEED BOTH parents...at least to be given a fighting chance to start off with them both. They are NOT a commodity to be rationed out by the hour, or divided like sacks of rice, with one parent allowed to be the gatekeeper. That just leads to alienation.

They need both parents, ALL the time. If you're lucky (or unlucky) enough to live next door to your ex...under the present "reasonable visitation" crap, your child could be looking out the window at you, wanting to come give you a hug, and the ex is saying, "sorry...it's not his time, yet...you have to wait 5 more days to see him." Sick....

Tell these young Reps to quit arguing about money, and do something for families and children. Today's new laws are the ones THEY are going to have to deal with when THEY are dumped in divorce (and it's probably a 60-80% chance it will happen to them in that line of work!)
